Our story

Started on a
single griddle.

Stacked began as one flat-top in a converted garage, a two-line menu and a queue that wrapped the block. We never changed the formula: great beef, smashed thin for maximum crust, and sauce we still make by hand.

Today it's three spots and the same obsession — the perfect bite, stacked to order.
